Idaho State Logging Safety Program Rules Get Updated

The Idaho State Logging Safety Program had been virtually the same since the 1980. In fact, the ALC helped to put the current program in place around 1987.

There have recently been some updates to the rules (although most are exactly the same). The new rules can be found at https://adminrules.idaho.gov/bulletin/index.html

The proposed rules were published on October 5 and a public comment period will be open until October 26th. After that time, the rules go into the legislative process where they will be either accepted or rejected.
