Morbark's 3600 Track Wood
The Morbark recently added to its horizontal grinder line-up the Model 3600
Track Wood Hog. The 3600 can move to the debris and process it on the spot
versus moving the debris to the grinder. With power options ranging from 430 HP
up to 500 HP, and heavy duty construction, the Model 3600 on tracks can process
a wide variety of wood waste. The machine employs a 25-1/2" diameter by
49" long hammermill rotor equipped with double-edged replaceable cutting
inserts. It features catastrophic damage protection for the engine, clutch and
drive train and hammermill is provided with a full break-away torque limiter. A
wireless remote control and a 325L Cat undercarriage are also among the standard
features. Options include a magnetized end pulley with collecting slide tray for
ferrous metal removal and a 5 HP air compressor. A variety of screen sizes and
conveying and material handling equipment are also available. For more

Peterson Pacific Introduces
Peterson Pacific Corp. has begun shipping the HC 2400-B Heavy Duty Recycler.
This recycler is an update of the HC 2400-A. Improvements include increased
product capacity, more convenient operation controls, improved serviceability,
and a number of engineering improvements. The HC 2400-B is powered by a
Caterpillar C-15 diesel engine rated at 450 horsepower and features a rotary
drum grinder that has proven to be especially efficient at processing high
moisture content organic material without plugging. Carbide bits mounted to
fixed, non-swinging holders accurately size material. A horizontal feed conveyor
works with a crushing feed roller to continuously and efficiently feed even
bulky materials to the grinder. The HC 2400 is designed for processing
greenwaste, land clearing debris, construction debris, and other organic
materials. Product sizing is determined by an easy-access grate system, with a
variety of grate sizes available. For additional information, contact PPC at
